Bon Dossier

Bon Dossier turns your iPhone or iPad into a private receipt archive. Scan a receipt and let the app recognize the store, date, total amount, payment method and line items. Review the result, correct it where needed and keep the original scan with the record.

Recognition is developed and tested for receipts and tickets from the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany. Processing happens on device with local OCR and Rose Development trained machine-learning models. Receipts, scans and recognized data are not sent to external OCR or AI services. You do not need an account, and the app contains no ads or tracking.

With Bon Dossier you can:

• scan receipts or import them through the share sheet;
• review and correct recognized fields and line items;
• search and filter by store, date, amount, category and status;
• view spending by week, month, year, store and category;
• track return windows and warranty periods;
• export data as TSV or Excel files;
• make and restore manual backups;
• optionally sync receipts and original scans through your private iCloud account.

Automatic recognition can make mistakes. Always verify amounts, dates and line items before using the data for returns, warranty claims or administration.
